CZECH COLD BUFFET:
Selection of Czech cold cuts with marinated vegetables
Filets of smoked trout with fine capers sauce
Venison pâté with fruit and cranberries
Various roast meats with cold sauces

Selection of vegetable salads with various dressings (tomato, peppers mix, cucumber...)
Green salad with horseradish

COLD BUFFET:
Mozzarella mini skewers with cherry tomatoes and basil pesto
Iceberg salad tossed with roast salmon in sesame crust with lime vinaigrette
Slow-roasted beef with herb sauce
Chicken galantine with smoked tongue stuffing and green peppers
Marinated pork loins baked in flaky pastry

Seafood salad
Tossed green salad with cheese bits and raspberry vinaigrette
Tossed vegetable salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, green, red and yellow peppers) with various salad dressings
